The patented cutting mechanism
The revolutionary, patented new development brings enormous advantages: simple and quick replacement of the cutting module and thus minimal downtime of the production systems. The cutting gap can be precisely adjusted when removed, which eliminates the need for complex, poorly visible, risky adjustments of the cutting blades on complete shredders. The safe and precise adjustment of the cutting gap takes place outside the machine and independently of it. It is not necessary to remove and reinstall the entire pipe shredder to periodically sharpen the knives. A quick adjustment of the production system and the materials to be processed is achieved through the simple and time-saving replacement of the cutting module. Future new developments can also be quickly and easily retrofitted into the existing machine at any time by replacing the cutting module, thus bringing it up to date with the latest technology.
Regrinding service
The patented design guarantees quick cutting module replacement on site. The shredder does not have to be removed for this. This saves a lot of work and the associated costly production downtime.
The replacement module will be perfectly revised again by the FM regrinding service.
